ARISE Technologies Corporation, founded in 1996, has three operating divisions: PV Cells, PV Silicon and PV Systems.  The company’s PV Cell Division operates through its German subsidiary (ARISE Germany) and primarily is engaged in the development and manufacture of high-efficiency PV solar cells. The ARISE Silicon Division is focused on commercializing high-purity (7N+) solar-grade silicon, and the ARISE Systems Division provides turnkey solar solutions for commercial/industrial and solar farms in Ontario, Canada.
